    These are my favorite and most fabulous smoothies that all fit into the summer activities of sun, sea, and caring for yourself back in the city—a paramour lifestyle. 

    Coconut oil, in addition to being a tasty and healthful ingredient in the Green Coconut Smoothie, works wonders as a skin oil.

    The watermelon is great for cooling and rehydrating. Adding mint really throws it over the top.

    And the skin tanner includes carrots, whose beta carotene content will help you get the most out of your color when tanning.

    GREEN COCONUT SMOOTHIE: 

    Blend the following: 

    • bananas, frozen
    • 2 large handfuls of spinach
    • 1 cup soy milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

    WATERMELON MINT JUICE:

    Blend the following: 

    • 3 cups watermelon
    • 5 mint leaves 

    NATURAL SKIN TANNER DETOX SMOOTHIE: 

    Blend the following:

    • 1/2 cup cantaloupe cubes
    • 1/2 cup papaya
    • Juice of 1 orange
    • 1/2 cup carrot juice
    • 1 small knob of fresh ginger root
