Dan Burn-Forti for Carling Zest
"Bottling summer in deepest winter—now that was a challenge. We had our set builder make us a 20-foot slide in his studio, complete with banked curve and running water, with the heat cranked up to tropical and set our models loose. Initially they were to slip down the watered slide into a pool at the bottom, but as soon as we started, we realized this wasn't going to work. The first to try it went at such a speed that they flew off the end and nearly exited the building. So no water then. But once we got going it was ace. The bottle and lime shot was something of an anti-climax after that, but I did learn some nifty splash making techniques from Britain's number one beer wrangler, Adrian Jendrosz. Frothy or splashing, spritzed or dry, whatever your beer needs, he's your guy."
