Behind the Scenes with Stefan Beckman for Marc Jacobs

    Share |

Stefan Beckman created an amazing set for Marc Jacobs' FW 2015 show at NYFW! Like something out of a high-production Broadway play, the walls of the space, art directed by Stefan, were hand-painted in such a way that they quite resembled what you might picture Victorian Hell to look like. With deep reds, and even darker makeup, the show was just that: a show!

"Tonight's show was something very different, with a Stefan Beckman-designed backdrop inspired by Jeremiah Goodman's painting of Diana Vreeland's sitting room and a bone-rattling loud soundtrack lifted from Darren Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream, both of which fairly screamed, 'I'm back!'" via Style.com

We'll be sharing more set photos as they come in, but in the meantime, check out the entire runway show below and photos of the show on the right! Big thanks to Refinery29 for sharing this video!
